Lukasz Kirszenstein
Lukasz has been involved in the physical preparation of field-based and individual athletes for the past 15 years.
He has worked with a variety of hurling teams at all levels (club, U17, U21 and intercountry) winning multiple league, provincial and All- Ireland titles.
His experience isn’t only limited to the GAA athletes. In the past, Lukasz worked within Munster academy set up as well as martial artists and endurance athletes.
He holds a Degree in Exercise science and masters in anthropometry. He is also an accredited strength and conditioning coach through UKSCA and a certified strength and conditioning specialist with NSCA.

Brendan Egan
Since starting in the industry back in 2012, Brendan has been involved with the physical preparation of multiple athletes from field based teams to individual athletes.
Since 2015, Brendan has been involved with numerous GAA teams including club, U17, U21, Senior Inter-County and Camogie.
Brendan also works with a number of individual athletes including professional boxer, Kieran Molloy, and a number of motorsport drivers through the Williams Racing Formula 1 Academy.
In September 2018, Brendan was a Intern with The Citadel, a Division 1 College in South Carolina, working with eleven sports in total from D1 College Football to Golf.
Brendan completed his Degree in Strength and Conditioning in 2016 and is currently completing a PhD investigating the running and technical demands of Senior Inter-county hurling.
