Hurling Intermediate pre-season plan.
Designed to keep your fitness levels high and keep your body fat low. This program is designed for athletes with 6 months one year of exposure to supervised strength and conditioning work and for people who have came through the GPC Beginner phase. This is a follow on plan from our off-season program and develops your strength, power and aerobic levels to ensure you are physically ready for when you season starts.
