Hurling Intermediate Off-Season

Hurling Intermediate off-season plan.

Designed to keep your fitness levels high and keep your body fat low. This program is designed for athletes with 6 months one year of exposure to supervised strength and conditioning work and for people who have came through the GPC Beginner phase. All the conditioning work in the plan is off-feet, which means there is no running involved. Great way to keep your fitness levels up while giving your legs the break they deserve.
