Hurling Intermediate In-Season plan.
Designed to have you peaking for those important championship games. This program is designed for athletes with 6 months one year of exposure to supervised strength and conditioning work and for people who have came through the GPC Beginner phase. This is a follow on plan from our pre-season program and helps develop strength and power and maintain aerobic fitness levels through the entirety of the season. This program includes a taper week to have you peaking on game day. Taking all the guess work away, this will allow you to focus mentally, and on your sklils for championship games.
