Designed to have you peaking for those important championship games.This program is designed for athletes with little training background or who have had very little exposure to Strength and Conditioning. This is a follow on plan from our pre-season program and helps develop strength and power and maintain aerobic fitness levels through the entirety of the season. This program includes a taper week to have you peaking on game day. Taking all the guess work away, this will allow you to focus mentally, and on your sklils for championship games.
