Football Advanced pre-season plan.

Designed to keep your fitness levels high and keep your body fat low. This program is designed for athletes with at least one year of exposure to supervised strength and conditioning work and for people who have came through the GPC Intermediate phase. This is a follow on plan from our off-season program and develops your strength, power and aerobic levels to ensure you are physically ready for when you season starts.
