One of the most important areas of physical preparedness for most field sport athletes along with athletes from many more sports is the area of conditioning and specific fitness. However, It is often a grey area: Am I fit enough? How can I get fitter?
Our 4 Week Conditioning System takes the guess work out of it for you and allows you to accelerate your on field performance.
- 4 sessions a week (3 running sessions, and one optional off-feet workout)
- Weekly structure and layout
- Mobility and Activation (Prep to train) sections before every workout
- Videos included for all warm up and off-feet session exercises
- Pitch diagrams and graphics to ensure you understand each run in every session
